FPS Annecy

FR Stars Account holders can buy into all FPS Annecy tournaments using funds from their account. Please visit the ‘Events’ > 'Live' lobby in the game client. Online registration will be closed 2h before the respective event. If you register online – just head straight to the Casino Cash desk to collect your ticket.

After online registration is closed, visit Registrations Desk onsite to register with your PokerStars account. Registrations Desk will be open every day from noon until the end of late registration for the respective event. After you register at the Registrations Desk, head straight to the Casino Cash desk to collect your ticket

Casino accept credit and debit card payments, either directly for tournament registration, or to purchase chips from the casino cage. Casino only accept nominative cards, and there are restrictions on what cards are accepted*.

Casino offer a wire transfer service, and players can transfer funds to the venue for cash games and tournament registrations. Contact our Registration Team for further information.

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) stations will be available throughout the Casino which will include hand sanitisers (Hydroalcoholic Gel), disposable Face mask coverings, disinfection wipes and gloves along with appropriate Covid-19 Safety Protocol signage.

Designated Covid-19 trained cleaning teams will enforce enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the Casino. These protocols will include:

1. a) All hard surface contact areas will be regularly cleaned and disinfected.
2. b) All seating will be cleaned after players vacate their seats during tournament break times and prior to and after tournament play.
3. c) All toilets will receive additional and enhanced cleaning.
4. d) All PPE stations will be monitored to ensure supplies are replenished.
5. e) All tournament tables, table and Poker equipment will be sanitised regularly.
6. f) All refuse bins and containers will be monitored and emptied regularly.

All staff will undergo Temperature testing and complete a Health Declaration form prior to the start of work confirming that they are not experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms.

All staff working at the event are required to sanitise their hands before their shift and throughout the day.

• Free standing Plexiglass Table dividers will be in use to help prevent the transmission and spread of Coronavirus by air transmission.
• All players must sanitise their hands when sitting down to play at a table.
• All players must properly wear a Protective Face Mask.
• The number of players allowed to play at a table at one time will be in accordance to current regulations. Current levels of playing 6 handed will be adjusted accordingly as rules change,
• The Casino Tournament table plan will be adjusted to conform with current Covid-19 Social Distancing measures that apply.
• Playing cards will be replaced every 30-60 minutes and disposed of appropriately.
• All chips on the table will be sanitised by the dealers using hand held UV units for enhanced cleaning purposes.
• Spectators will be restricted both in areas of access and numbers allowed within the Casino.
• Dealers will be solely responsible for handling of dealer’s buttons.
• All players must follow the instructions of Dealers and floor staff in regards to the Proper wearing of Protective Face Masks.
