PIX is a system created by the Brazilian Central Bank that allows all wallets that use QR Codes or PIX keys to be interoperable. This means that transfers and payments will be allowed from one e-wallet to another in real-time.
How do I deposit with PIX?
To deposit with PIX, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account and go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

- Select the 'Deposit' tab.
- Select one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field in BRL.
- Enter the 'Deposit Bonus' code if you have one.
- Select the ‘PIX’ logo and hit the green arrow.
- You’ll be redirected to the processor’s page.
- Enter your CPF as instructed on-screen page.
- You'll see on your screen a QR code and a PIX key. Scan the page with a mobile device (or click a link) and complete your payment.
- You’ll then be redirected to the Cashier.
When depositing with PIX, keep in mind:
- You must deposit the exact amount you requested in the Cashier (to the cent of Brazilian Real).
- The QR code and PIX key will expire 3 hours from the request time.
- We don't charge any fees for PIX deposits.
- Funds are transferred in real-time from your account.
How do I withdraw with PIX?
To withdraw with PIX, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account and go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

- Select the 'Withdrawal' tab.
- Enter a withdrawal amount and press the green arrow.
- If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you’ll see the amount of your withdrawal, the method and account that you are to use for this transaction, as well as any remaining sum pending automatic withdrawal.
- If you don’t have any pending automatic withdrawals, select 'PIX.’
- Confirm your transaction request by pressing the green arrow.
- If you’ve used this method in the past 12 months, your bank account details will appear automatically. If not, you’ll have to re-enter them.
- Submit your request.
We’ll email you within 72 hours of your withdrawal request to confirm your transaction details.
Keep in mind that PIX withdrawals have limits:
- To use this method for a withdrawal transaction, you must request to withdraw at least 10 USD or 50 BRL.
- You can withdraw up to 5,000 USD or 25,000 BRL in one transaction and up to 6,000 USD or 30,000 BRL a month.
What should I do if I need to update my bank details?
If you need to update your bank details, contact us via our software, mobile app, or website, and we'll give you more instructions.
Why did my PIX transaction fail?
Here are some of the most common reasons for a failed PIX transaction:
- The payment information you entered is incorrect. Double-check all details and try again.
- Insufficient funds. Ensure you have enough funds to cover the transaction and try again.
- Interrupted Internet connection. Make sure your Internet connection is stable and try again.
