The self-exclusion tool helps you control your time and spending by allowing you to take a break from playing.
You can choose between three options:
Select a break between 12 hours and 120 days.
When the period ends, log in to your account to resume playing.
Exclude yourself from playing for at least 180 days.
After 180 days:
Exclude yourself for at least one year.
To play again, you must contact us.
You can enable self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming section of your account.
Tools → Responsible Gaming → Exclude Me From Playing
Account → Responsible Gaming Settings → Take A Break From Playing
Open the Responsible Gaming section.
Account → Responsible Gaming → Take A Break From Us
Once an exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. You can only play again after the exclusion period ends.
You can extend an active self-exclusion at any time
Tools → Responsible Gaming → Exclude Me From Playing → Extend my break
Account → Responsible Gaming Settings → Take A Break From Playing → Extend my break
Open the Responsible Gaming section.
Account → Responsible Gaming → Take A Break From Us → Extend my break
After selecting 'Extend My Break':
The extension period can be from one day up to 365 days.
You can extend a self-exclusion more than once.
To confirm an extension:
A confirmation email will be sent once the extension has been completed.
To request a permanent self-exclusion, contact Support.
Support will help you complete your request.
During your exclusion period:
Yes. You can block individual games through the Responsible Gaming menu.
Select the game and choosing 'DON'T PLAY'.
You can also adjust your table or tournament limits from the same menu.
You can reduce risks by identifying them early.
