What is the self-exclusion tool?

The self-exclusion tool helps you control your time and spending by allowing you to take a break from playing.

How does the exclusion tool work?

You can choose between three options:

Take a break

Select a break between 12 hours and 120 days.

After 180 days:

  • Log in to your account.
  • A pop-up will ask if you want to reinstate your account.
  • Select ‘Reinstate’ and confirm with your password, or
  • Select ‘Do not reinstate’ to continue the exclusion.
