How do card withdrawals work on PokerStars?
Withdrawals are sent back to the same card used for a previous deposit.
- The system selects the most recent card used in the last 12 months
- The card must support incoming credits
- Funds are processed in the same currency as your last card deposit
When is the card withdrawal option available?
Card withdrawals are available if all of the following apply:
- You made at least one deposit with the card in the last 12 months
- The card supports incoming credits
- The method is available in your country

What should I do if my card is no longer valid?
If your card is expired or inactive:
- Cancel your withdrawal request
- Contact Support
Withdrawals cannot be processed to invalid cards.

To use a new card, you must first make a deposit with it.
This links the card to your account for future withdrawals.
How do I request a card withdrawal?

- Enter your withdrawal amount
- Review any pending automatic withdrawals

What happens during the card withdrawal process?
