Live Spin & Go Championship at EPT Prague

As if there wasn’t already enough reasons to join us in Prague, this year’s final EPT event comes with an exciting new addition – the first ever live Spin & Go Championship.

The inaugural live Spin & Go Championship will see 81 players – comprised of 74 PokerStars Spin & Go qualifiers and seven special guests – do battle in a three-handed, multi-table Spin & Go tournament for a share of a huge €100,000+ prize pool.

The championship aims to replicate the thrilling, fast-paced three-player online Sit & Go tournaments and will include randomly-drawn prizes of up to €10,000 distributed via mystery envelopes, on top of prizes based on the traditional ranking system.

There’s a first-place prize of €25,000 up for grabs, with €15,000 going to the overall runner-up and €10,000 awarded to third place.

The first-ever live Spin & Go Championship will consist of 81 players (74 Spin & Go qualifiers and seven special guests) playing over four rounds. The structure of the tournament will resemble that of a Spin & Go, with 400 initial chips (20 big blinds) and four-minute blind levels.

With mystery prizes coming into play in round two, the details of each four-game round are as follows:

  • Round one: 81 players across 27 tables. Four wins required to reach round 2.

  • Round two: 27 players across nine tables. Five wins required to reach round 3; €30,000 in random mystery envelope prizes between €2,000 and €10,000.

  • Round three: Nine players across three tables. Five wins required to reach the final round; €7,300 in prizes according to ranking and €17,000 in random mystery envelope prizes.

  • Final round: Three players across one last table. €25,000 for first; €15,000 for second; €10,000 for third.

No direct buy-ins are allowed for the live Spin & Go Championship.

The event is exclusive to PokerStars players who’ve qualified online by winning Spin & Go tourneys and collecting leader board points.

The license holder and operator of this event is King’s Casino Prague, and PokerStars Live is the sponsor of the event.
