PokerStars Rewards Exchange Feature and Chest tracking

What is the Exchange Feature?

The PokerStars Rewards Exchange Feature allows you to swap your current progress bar for a lower-level Chest.

This can be useful if your current reward target feels out of reach.

When you use the Exchange Feature:

• You receive a lower-level Chest immediately
• Your current progress is cashed in early
• Your next Chest becomes easier to unlock, but less rewarding

 

When is the Exchange Feature offered?

The Exchange Feature may be available when you are above the lowest (Blue) Chest level.

If you are eligible, the option appears in your PokerStars Rewards widget.

To check availability:

• Log in to your PokerStars account
• Go to Promotions & Rewards → PokerStars Rewards

Availability is at our discretion, and additional restrictions may apply.

 

What Chest levels can I exchange for?

You can exchange only for the next lower Chest level, unless you are already at the lowest (Blue) level.

Chest levels:

Blue → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Diamond → Black

When you use the Exchange Feature:

• Your current progress bar stops
• You receive the reward for your current Chest level
• Your progress resets to the next lower level

 

How do I track my PokerStars Rewards status?

To track your PokerStars Rewards activity:

• Go to Promotions & Rewards → PokerStars Rewards to view your progress bar and Exchange availability
• Go to Promotions & Rewards → My Rewards → Chests to view recent earnings

Additional sections under My Rewards show:

• Recent prizes
• Credits
• Other reward items

 

Are there Chests outside the PokerStars Rewards program?

Yes. Some Chests are part of promotions and are not included in the PokerStars Rewards program.

These Chests:

• Follow the rules of their specific promotion
• May be used to deliver prizes or announce Challenges

Where can I find promotional Chests?

You can find promotional Chests in the same areas as PokerStars Rewards Chests:

• Promotions & Rewards → My Rewards → Chests (for rewards and prizes)
• Promotions & Rewards → Challenges (for task-based or puzzle-related Chests)

To view your Chest history, contact us through the Help Center.
