The Italian Series of Poker™ (ISOP™) is becoming an institution within the game. The ISOP™ officially started in 2009, and since 2011 it has been organizing the Italian Poker Championship every year, making it one of the most popular events for Italian fans.
The ISOP™ has been awarding players opportunities not only to take out huge prize pools, but also to experience the thrill of live poker in legendary arenas for over 15 years. It’s for all these reasons and more that PokerStars has partnered with the ISOP™ to bring you the freshest action around.
Taking place at the epic Casino di Campione, the festival is a seven-day affair on the stunning shores of Lake Lugano that includes everything from High Roller tourneys to Pot Limit Omaha, freerolls and specialty formats. Oh, and did we mention the overall prize pool is expected to be €500,000?
If that isn’t enough, all the results are tracked for the Player of the Year rankings, an award that is about more than status as the winner gets to represent the Italian Poker Team in Las Vegas. And this is just the start of the new season – there’s plenty more to come. Your seat at the Italian Series of Poker™ is waiting.
